The Pre-Approval Experience
My pre-approval process is designed for clarity, efficiency, and a significant advantage in competitive markets. It sets a strong financial foundation for our clients, preparing them confidently for their home search.
When a buyer submits their application, I conduct a complete credit and documentation review. There is an upfront charge for credit report start $97+ depending on if it is a single or joint report . This transparency is important, as I do have some lenders that offer free credit pulls with limitations. I can only use their credit report within their system. My approach offers a distinct advantage for buyers by providing more flexibility and protecting their credit health.
Operating as a broker, the paid credit report gives buyers a stronger position. It allows me to shop multiple lenders without re-pulling credit, avoiding additional inquiries and securing the best possible terms. I re-issue the existing report, streamlining the process and protecting your client's credit score.
Following this review, I create a personalized video presentation. This video meticulously breaks down the itemized fee sheet, out-of-pocket expenses, down payment assistance options, and overall financial readiness. Clients can review it at their convenience, ensuring our subsequent clarity call is highly focused and productive. You, as the agent, are co-branded in the presentation and receive all communications, ensuring seamless alignment.
